Lease & Payments

Our storage units are available on a flexible month-to-month lease basis. Online payments can be made securely through our customer portal. We also accept Zelle, check, and cash. Note, discounts are only applied when renting and paying through our customer portal.

Notification of intent to vacate must be provided 30 days in advance

Gate Operating Hours

Facility access is permitted between 6:00 AM - 9:00 PM. 
Plan your departure before 9:00 PM to avoid being locked in.

Food

Toxic or Hazardous Materials
Illegal Substances
Motorized Vehicles
Anything that can lea or spill
Combustible or Flammable Materials

Tips for Storage

Label your boxes
Keep similar items together
Pay attention to box weight
Keep pictures, photo albums, etc. in water tights containers
Keep items that need to be accessed in front of unit
Stacking around the fire sprinkler is prohibited
Put cardboard on floor under your things that might stain
Stack the heaviest items on the bottom
Thoroughly clean rugs & mattresses and put them in a dedicated storage bag
