I'll first say that Kathie and her husband Mark are great people, honest, real and helpful. I appreciate not only how they run their business, but also how they screen potential tenants. Not only is it good for business, but it's good for the other tenants that use the facility. Between that and all the cameras, I never once worried about my belongings being stored there. The prices are competitive with the other storage facilities, if not better than most of them. The place is ALWAYS clean unlike some of the other storage facilities I looked at. I have several friends who now use El Dorado Storage Center for all the same reasons I mentioned above. I will continue to recommend them to anyone looking for a safe and reasonable storage facility for their personal belongings.

Having lost a home to a forest fire years ago, and knowing how difficult it is to replace everything, El Dorado Storage Center has given me complete peace of mind. I store my documents and pre-digital photos there, and know they are safe. Kathie and Mark are wonderful to work with. I recommend them and their storage company highly. They have also given us recommendations for an excellent moving company, and I value their opinions.

El Dorado Storage Center, Kathie and Mark Robson have been like good friends rather than business owners. They have fair prices, clean storage units and are great to work with. Mark and Kathie came to our rescue when moving up to El Dorado. They were full when we tried to rent a second unit, so we reserved a unit from another storage company in Placerville. We were running a little late, called ahead to let the Placerville company know they agreed to wait to let us in but when we get there a few minutes before their closing, they were already gone. We were stuck! We had to get the rental truck back first thing in the morning. We called El Dorado Storage but could only leave a message asking if they knew another storage place. Mark Robson called us back and said that they had a few smaller units that we could use until they had a larger storage unit for us. Well after hours now, Mark came down and opened the storage Center for us so we could empty the truck into several smaller units (he even gave us some locks). We were able to get the truck back on time and save the extra days rent and late charges. We later condensed Into 4 large storage units that we have had for longer than we anticipated. We couldn’t have taken the extra time to find our new home if it hadn’t been for El Dorado Storage Center and their fair prices. Let me start off by saying that Kathie is the nicest person I have ever met in my entire life. She is genuinely a good person and runs a very clean and tight business. She's on top of all the paperwork, the facility is extremely clean, and extremely safe. They have cameras everywhere and I never once was worried about my stuff being there. I would recommend El Dorado Storage Center to anyone who appreciates rules and Common Sense. We have rented two units from them both of them have been clean and easily accessible. She does have guidelines for who she rents to based on protecting herself as a business. Other like-minded business owners with common sense will understand that. As far as communication Kathie is really easily reachable. She responds to emails fast and will take care of whatever your concerns are. If you choose El Dorado Storage Center just know your stuff will be safe and the other tenants at El Dorado Storage Center are good people too.

They are easy to communicate with, everything is very clean, they follow thru with details, very efficient and needless to say very NICE. After renting from other storage units, you appreciate professional people. I rented the unit over 20 years and never had any problems. They were always there to help or to give advice when needed. I have used El Dorado Storage Center for the past 5 years. Mark & Kathie are very conscientious owners who have put forth both money & effort in upgrading the facility. The key pad access is handy, when I have to come late or on the weekends. The storage units are secured and double checked each day. The video monitoring makes me feel safe when I come alone after hours to get things. I HIGHLY recommend El Dorado Storage Center for your extra things, as well as peace of mind. ~Vee

Our experience with El Dorado Storage Center was absolutely wonderful! The units are extremely clean and well kept. The grounds around the facility are immaculate and there was no riff raff whatsoever. The prices are extremely reasonable. The rules put in place by the facility give you such a sense of security I never once worried about my unit. The owners Kathie & Mark do an amazing job at maintaining the facility and creating a professional relationship with their customers! Absolutely recommend them to anyone!

Kathie and Mark at El Dorado Storage were great to rent from. They are kind honest people and always did their best to make sure our belongings were safe and secure. The facility itself is clean, everything is in working order, and very secure. The only reason we stopped using their storage was because we found one closer to our home in Amador County.
